Now in its ninth year, the CRN Fast50 awards acknowledge the country's most successful IT service providers. It is the only awards program in the Australian tech industry that uses a numbers-based formula to recognise the best businesses based on hard facts.

Sydney-based ICT Networks, which was founded in 2009, made the CRN Fast50 list following year-on-year growth of 40.24 percent.

CEO Rob Kingma says he attributes this success to ICT Networks' talented team and commitment to exceptional customer service.

"Our agile and highly skilled technical consulting team has a strong record of quickly responding to our clients' needs. With very low staff turnover, our clients keep coming back because we build a sound understanding of their requirements over many years," he said.

"This customer-centric approach means that we have an extremely loyal customer base. About 86 percent of our year-on-year growth has come from existing clients. Once we sign a customer, we tend to hang on to them."

ICT Networks' rapidly expanding client list includes Fox Sports Australia, BPay, Service First, Sony Music, Big Air, Coastal Comms and the Australian Rugby Union.

According to CRN editorial director Steven Kiernan, ICT Networks' focus on service, quality and culture is consistent with many of this year's top performers.

"I was extremely impressed by the focus on culture [in this year's entries]. In a sector where the battle for talent is ever-present, the CRN Fast50 have proved they can attract the best people to their teams to deliver outstanding results for customers," he told CRN.

This is ICT Networks' second appearance on the CRN Fast50 list, following its debut at in 2015.
